Pet Policy

The Landing at Sutton Place is a pet-friendly apartment community in East Wenatchee. We welcome up to two pets per apartment home. A $250 pet deposit and $200 non-refundable pet fee are required per pet, along with monthly pet rent of $50 per pet. Breed restrictions apply.
