The Landing at Sutton Place is a pet-friendly apartment community in East Wenatchee. We welcome up to two pets per apartment home. A $250 pet deposit and $200 non-refundable pet fee are required per pet, along with monthly pet rent of $35 per pet. Please contact our leasing team for complete pet policy details.

Pet Policy: There is a limit of 2 pets per household. We cannot accommodate Pit Bull/Staffordshire Terrier, Rottweiler, Chow Chow, American Bulldog, Doberman Pinscher, Husky, German Shepherd, Wolf Hybrid, or any mix of these breeds. Assistance animals, including emotional support animals, are not considered pets and are not subject to pet fees, pet limits, or breed restrictions; documentation may be requested.
